Our Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) is a comprehensive 3-day course designed for individuals who are responsible for providing first aid in the workplace or during voluntary and community activities.

This course provides the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence required to respond to a wide range of emergency situations — from managing unconscious casualties to treating wounds, choking, shock, and more.

This qualification meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and is ideal for designated first aiders in all sectors.

Entry Requirements

To attend this course, you must:

  • Minimum age: 14 years old
  • Must be physically able to perform practical tasks (e.g. CPR on the floor)
  • Must have a basic understanding of English (Level 2 or equivalent)
