The Mini Medics course is a fantastic way to introduce first aid to children.

Mini Medics Mental Health is a basic introduction to mental health course designed for children between the ages of 9 and 13, but it can suit children of any age. A range of topics are covered (see below).

The course will provide learners with a basic understanding of mental health, including what mental health means, how it is linked to physical health, what to do if they have a worry and the various ways in which they can look after their mental health. Your mind matters too.

Mini Medics Mental Health helps you understand feelings, worries and ways to look after yourself. It also helps you learn why talking to someone you trust can be really important.
